- Complimentary pick-up from Dharamshala Volvo stop to hotel on arrival and drop back to the stop on departure
- 2 nights accommodation on double occupancy
- MAP meal plan – 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners per person
- Individual cab for the sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary
- All parking, tolls, luxury tax, green tax, fuel and driver expenses as applicable

- Monument entrance fees and camera charges
- Adventure activities and all personal expenses
- Heater charges (if applicable), Volvo luggage charges and coolie charges
- 5 % GST
- Early check-in, late check-out or any service not specifically mentioned in the inclusions
Terms & Conditions
Check-in and check-out timings follow hotel policy; early check-in is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
Meals are served as per hotel timings and menu (buffet or à la carte). Unavailed meals are non-refundable.
Only services listed in the final confirmation voucher are included. Any add-ons, upgrades or changes in pick-up/drop points will be charged extra.
Transfers operate on fixed timings. Missing a scheduled service will require alternative arrangements at additional cost.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances; extra costs arising in such cases are payable by the guest.
Adventure activities (if opted for) depend on season and availability.
Guests must carry the confirmation voucher and valid photo ID throughout the trip.
Any complaint must be intimated to us in writing within 7 days of the tour end.
The package can be customised subject to hotel and transport availability.
Advance booking requires 50 % payment to confirm; balance is collected on arrival. Cancellation and amendment policies apply as per company norms and will be shared at the time of booking.
